Where does BABOON TO THE MOON ship?

We ship worldwide (with a few exceptions). International orders have tax and duties included at checkout.

Does BABOON TO THE MOON ship internationally?

We do! We ship all over the world, from our US warehouse. International taxes and duties are included at checkout.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary by weight and location.
FedEx Ground Shipping is Free for the contiguous US for purchases greater than $50
Expedited options are available at checkout.
International shipping varies by weight of your order and the country the order is being shipped to.

How long does shipping take?

We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. The transit times below are estimates once the shipment leaves our warehouse in New Jersey. Please allow 1 business day for orders to process.

FedEx Ground Shipping takes 4-7 business days
Expedited options are available for US orders only.
International orders take 7-14 days depending on the country

When will I receive my order?

Orders will process within 1 business day and ship within 2 business days. Delivery time varies based on your location and selected shipping option. You can check your order status at any time on your Account Page.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes because we use FedEx.

What is your return policy?

Products must be unused/unworn to be eligible for an exchange or return. For items purchased outside this time frame, our standard return policy applies.

We want you to love your BABOON TO THE MOON as much as we love your BABOON TO THE MOON. If you aren’t happy with your order for any reason, we want to make it right. Here’s how we can help:

You may return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days from the receipt of original order. BABOON TO THE MOON will be sad but will get over it, because BABOON TO THE MOON knows that sometimes it just doesn’t work out. BABOON TO THE MOON will accept back items that are in new condition, unused, unaltered and free of any damage by the customer. Items must be in their original packaging. Items cannot be returned after 30 days from the receipt of the original order.

Please note - Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Note that we are currently not accepting returns if there was a time machine involved.

What if my order has been marked as delivered, but I haven't received it?

Oh no! We want you to get your package as soon as possible, but before you're made to wait for a new shipment, we also want to make sure that the parcel isn't hiding nearby.

Please first check to see if your order was left with a neighbor, roommate or another relative that may have accepted the package for you. Postal carriers occasionally leave items in unusual locations to prevent them from being stolen, so it might be helpful to give your entryway a quick once-over as well.

If you still can't find the package, please double-check your shipping address on your order confirmation to ensure that the order was shipped to the correct address.

Shipping carriers will also occasionally mark items as delivered a few days in advance. Please wait 3 additional business days from the date of delivery to see if the package shows up. If not, please reach out to support@baboontothemoon.com with your order number and we will be happy to help you.

Do you ship orders to the UK? If so, how will orders to the UK be shipped?

Yes, we ship to the UK. To get your order to you, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Seller for all orders to the UK £135 and Under.

Where can I buy your products?

BABOON TO THE MOON bags can be purchased on the internet via www.baboontothemoon.com. BABOON TO THE MOON plans to offer bags for purchase in other select, top secret locations around the world. Watch out for future announcements.

Where are your products made?

BABOON TO THE MOON works with a number of world class vendors to source and develop our products. Most of these partners are based throughout Asia including Japan, Korea, Vietnam and Hong Kong.

Should I buy the Mini, Small or Big Go-Bag?

You can find sizing information on each of the Go-Bag pages that tells you a little about each size and how to make the best decision for you. Or hell, buy three of each.

Will my Go-Bag fit on an airplane?

Airplanes are huge, we should hope so. The Go-Bag Mini and Go-Bag Small will fit comfortably in any overhead compartment. The Go-Bag Big will fit in most overheads, but not those super tiny ones on regional jets that barely fly over 10,000 feet (which are terrifying).

Will my Go-Bag fit in the trunk of a car?

Yes, unless you drive a Ferrari or Lamborghini in which case you will have to place it in the hood.

What about a camel bus, hovercraft, spaceship, limousine or canoe?

Correct.

How to Care for my BABOON TO THE MOON?

Hold your BABOON TO THE MOON close and spend quality time together, remember to send flowers on major anniversaries, never go to bed mad at each other, and tell it “I love you” at least once per day? Go-Bags are made with water resistant and waterproof materials, which make them super easy to clean. The best way to clean your Go-Bag is to spot clean with a damp cloth, then let it air dry. We do not recommend fully submerging your Go-Bag in water, however we have seen it floating at a pool party one time. It is best to store your BABOON TO THE MOON, especially the Go-Bag, within arms reach at all times as you never know your next adventure calls. Also, as you collect BABOON TO THE MOONs you can store your goods like a Matryoshka doll to both save space and ensure your BABOON TO THE MOON have time together.

What are your products made of?

Our products are made up of stardust, just like you and me. You can find out a less nebulous answer under each product’s specifications section on the product page.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Do your products have a warranty?

Absolutely. All BABOON TO THE MOON bags come with a limited lifetime warranty. If your product fails per the limited lifetime warranty, we'll work with you to make it right. The warranty covers all of our bag products. This does not extend to our smaller accessories, such as monomesh pouches. You can read more about our Limited Lifetime Warranty here.
